ISO 27001 report & validation overhaul

ISMS Report

New per-record validation status under each Annex A control and Clauses 4–10 requirement, a Validation Display setting (per-record / summary / hidden), and a compact Report Validation summary. Database record IDs and the technical log are now hidden from the standard PDF.

Dashboard update

Assessment overview and maturity trend refreshed with cleaner layout and improved loading.

Statement of Applicability

Each Annex A control now shows a Validation Status badge (Validation Required / Ready for Review / Validated / Validation Failed) with the missing items listed.

Data Integrity (admin)

New admin-only Data Integrity page for duplicate records, orphan links and repair actions, removed from the client-facing report.
